Meet Our Team

Amy Wolfe
Founder and Partner, Strategic Advisor

Amy brings over 10 years of experience running the operations of a growing professional services business. Her ability to view an organization from 10,000 feet while deep-diving on any specific operational topics help her bring high-level strategic aim to her clients without losing an eye for the details. Prior to founding Wolfepack, Amy served in operational leadership roles at Mad*Pow, a global strategic design consultancy.

Will Powley
Partner, Strategic Advisor

Will brings decades of experience growing and running an extremely successful design agency that sold for +20x its EBITDA value. Will’s ability to identify strengths and weakness in a brand and build internal organizational culture around it, while managing responsible revenue growth, make him a priceless asset to any business. Prior to Wolfepack Will served in leadership and creative roles at Sony Music Entertainment, State Street, and MicroArts.

Brad Honeyman
Partner, Strategic Advisor

Brad provides a range of insights to any medium-sized business. As COO of Mad Pow, he oversaw the agency’s operations and provided financial, legal and strategic leadership. Over the course of 16 years, he and his partners grew Mad*Pow into an 80-person $18M leading global strategic design consultancy and ultimately guided its successful acquisition. Prior to Mad Pow, Brad served in several strategic marketing positions at start-ups and agencies alike, including Exavera Technologies, MicroArts and The WeberGroup.


Steve Collins
Business Development

Steve is a veteran of connecting the needs of companies to the right person for the job.  His experience covers sales and marketing in a number of industries over several decades.  He has never had a networking conversation that he found meaningless, and takes a huge amount of pride in his network.  Steve's ability to create leads for clients and to turn those interactions into real value for both sides has helped multiple companies reach revenue goals resulting in very successful exits.
